This machine is really great! Sleek design, more RAM than advertised (20 vs 16)!

It feels and looks great for the prince big but... If you care at all about picture quality then this isnt for you. It has a TN display which mean terrible viewing angles and colors that look washed like looking at a screen made of parchment paper. If it only had a VA OR IPS so it resembled a phone screen it would be great, a lucky find.

My daughter was able to get this computer for her college classes with her financial aid. Very thin, light weight especially when a student is carrying lots of books, she is quite happy that she found it.

Nice Laptop. But it does not have 16 gb of RAM. Just 12 gb. That is a lie and it is not right. The others specifications are corrects.

Easy to set up. Good quality over all. Sometimes the pointer gets lost.

This laptop came with the screen completely broken!! I didn’t even get a chance to use it, it was mailed to me like this. I payed $500 for this!! Save your money. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!

Battery life is bad the screen is pretty good everything is good although it is really slow sometimes on startup really strange sometimes its just fine but sometimes its really glitchy brand new out of the box
