I like the size & weight. Colors on the screen are bright. I am pleased. Out tech guy who transferred xata from my old laptop to this ASUS was really impressed. He may buy one for himself.

Shuts down if you try to do anything that actually requires it to work....playing a game? It shuts down no warning. Also didnt come with an activated Windows, had to purchase myself! Seller argued to refund full amount on defective product that didnt come with Windows!!

At first, I thought this was a little expensive for a refurbished laptop. After my son opened it and started using it, I was truly impressed! It performs just like a brand new computer, and he is very happy with the purchase.

The laptop is great but I ordered a used one that said it had nothing wrong with it and was like new until I tried to use the camera and I got the message no camera connected and that sucked cause I can’t do school but now a couple months after I bought it, it randomly freezes up and won’t turn back on for around 10 minutes and when I tried to message the guy he never responded so if you do buy this, buy a new one.

I dont know much about computers, but my kid does. Weve had it for 3 months now. He is a 13 year old gamer and says this computer is awsome! According to him, it has great graphics, no glitching, good batter life, looks cool, nice storage, etc. He says its perfect and his friends like it too.

Really living this laptop. No issues so far. Its almost lightning fast with the extra RAM, the video looks great and the sound is decent.

This laptop came with the screen completely broken!! I didn’t even get a chance to use it, it was mailed to me like this. I payed $500 for this!! Save your money. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!

It does what I need it to.

I bought this laptop a little over a month ago and since having it 2 keys have popped off just while I was typing and I am unable to pop them back on. They do not look broken, they just wont go back on and it is super frustrating. I reached out to the seller and did not hear back. Has anyone else had a problem with their keys popping off while typing? If so, any feedback on how to reattach them would be greatly appreciated!
