Did not receive the Key Code for Windows 10 Home Installation. It is not installed in the computer.

Battery life is bad the screen is pretty good everything is good although it is really slow sometimes on startup really strange sometimes its just fine but sometimes its really glitchy brand new out of the box

Bought this for my wife and so far it has worked out very well. Unit responds quickly and runs nicely. The only issue I had was the bios setup for booting. The only thing there was the boot drive, and I could not get ASUS to understand or fix this issue which is very simple. Wanted the USB to be recognized so I could back it up.

I would recommend getting this laptop. Very lightweight good memory and good speed. Good value for the price.

We bought this laptop for our daughter todo her online zoom classes and we were not disappointed. It is fast and we have had no issues with it. Overall very pleased

This computer rarely works. We are lucky to have it turn on!

Right off the bat, it seems a bit slow despite the extra RAM, however, for the price, this is great. will update if I have any issues.

Bought this to replace an ancient Lenovo laptop. This is not a daily use machine, but one I carry down to our winter home, and use under the stars when out with a telescope. As such, most of what I’ve done with it has been loading the necessary software for both uses. Have been satisfied with the system so far.
