> 24 hourThis is kind of the classic heat grease. I got it because it has a very strong history of good performance. Its quite a bit thicker than other greases that I have seen and used. I havent had any problems with application or subsequent performance, but then I dont really overclock much, so I dont really put it through the difficult tests.

> 24 hourThis came in the box with my CPU and I never actually saw it and threw it out by mistake. Oh the joy! Anyhow my friend had one and I used his and it seems to work great. Pretty easy to spread thin on the CPU with a business card or something.

> 24 hourIve heard about arctic silver 5 and ive heard many mixed cases. Lots of people have it drop 10 degrees celsius and some 2. Mine dropped about 10 celsius with a cheap Rocketfish third-party cooler and I love this stuff! I idle at about 32 celsius with a Pentium 4. Used to be around 50 or 60!

> 24 hourThis thermal paste is definitely one of the best out there. There are some that you can find that perform slightly better, maybe within 1 to 2°C better, but for a much higher price per gram. This is a much better bang for your buck and is still high performance.

> 24 hourArctic Silver 5 is the go-to standard for thermal compound. Any processor Ive applied it to hasnt overheated. Ive been using the stuff for years.

> 24 hourI had an unusual ignition problem in my 1986 ford f-150 where heat was my enemy. The use of this material seems to have done what was necessary to put me back on the road. Ford should have used it to start with.
