Used this when installing the Intel Core i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 GHz) in my new computer build. Ive used it before for other builds. Good stuff.

This is kind of the classic heat grease. I got it because it has a very strong history of good performance. Its quite a bit thicker than other greases that I have seen and used. I havent had any problems with application or subsequent performance, but then I dont really overclock much, so I dont really put it through the difficult tests.

Had a overheating problem with my old Dell 1420. Used this and now i dont hear the fan getting stressed.

Works as it should. Have used it on dozens of Macbooks and it always runs cooler than it did from the factory. Apple gunks their stuff on and its always dried up and crusty so fresh thermal paste can help extend the life of your MacBook.

New Intel i5-3570K Ivy Bridge with stock cooler. Scraped off the included thermal paste, applied a line of this on the processor, and temps are nice and cool. No need for anything fancy.
