> 3 dayThis is not the most important part of your computer. This is a very good product though, so if you have some extra money to spend on parts for your computer then this is a good brand thermal paste. If your trying to go cheap, get something thats cheap. Worry more about what your using to cool your cpu. Or just spend more money on a better motherboard. Never get the cheapest motherboard.

> 3 dayA little costly but you have to have it. A little dab will do ya. Does the job very well.

30-10-2024Theres a lot more in here than I thought, since you really only need to use a tiny amount. Ive installed at least 3 CPUs already and still have some left. No overheating issues with this so far.

Greater than one weekThis was my first time a fine thermal paste. After reading some of the reviews here and tips on some forms. It was pretty easy to apply and it seems to have kept my sons gaming computer nice and cool. Thumbs up.

> 3 daythermal compound is just as important as your heatsink/cooler and AS5 is the best

> 3 dayEasy to use, just press it, and put this stuff over the processor, once installed in their socket. Dont let much time until put over the cooling and dissipation system. make sure both make contact.

Greater than one weekRecently Tried to get better Temps on my 2 year old Laptop. Would get up to 82 degrees Celsius under full load with Grizzly Liquid Metal and Arctic MX-4, 85 degrees Celsius with ThermalTake TG-7. With Arctic Silver 5, temps under full load peaked at 72 degrees Celsius and never exceeded it. Idle temps were on average 10 degrees Celsius lower as well. Well worth the money. Wish I had went with this instead of all the others that were a waste of time and money.....
