> 3 dayThe type c port did not work. I just pulled it out if the box and it failed from the start. The type a works. I have tried more than 1 battery pack and type c cable with no luck. The plug is extremely loose so Im sure its a poorly built connection.

> 3 dayThis is a great bag. The rubberized handles are nice, the fact that it has an expansion zipper and a zipper compartment is also great. The full spin wheels feel good. This larger size does NOT have the charging feature to it which is GOOD because you are not supposed to check lithium ion batteries in your luggage. They are a fire risk and can take down an entire plane. So as a traveler I appreciate that they didnt put that feature in the bigger ones and tempt people to accidentally leave their batteries in there.

> 3 dayWell this bag seems small at first it packs plenty of features! Everything about this bag is high-quality. The version they sent me also has a TSA lock! I’m not sure if this is a new feature but it was not advertised. Bonus!

01-11-2024My husband took a three day business trip and this suitcase was the perfect size. It came back from his roundtrip flight looking still brand new. This luggage feels like it is made out of high quality materials yet it is extremely lightweight. Impressively lightweight actually for how big it is. This suitcase worked out great and I would buy another suitcase from this company; so I would definitely recommend it. It really is nice and I dont think youll be disappointed.

> 3 dayWorks well for traveling and being a carryon. Can fit 2 weeks of clothes in it. Zipper is smooth and easy to close/open. The combo lock is easy to set and useful if you need to lock it. So far pretty durable!
