Archer Polycarbonate Hardside Spinner Luggage Set, Tie Down Straps, Light Purple, 2-Piece

Upon first use (!) the internal zips (which are supposed to separate the compartments) stuck and came off the track. I am a seasoned traveler. My previous suitcase from another manufacturer lasted over a decade! A cheap, inferior product. Made worse by the manufacturer not offering any warranty support notwithstanding the item was purchased in and delivered to California, but now in my house in the EU. A waste of money and not fit for purpose.

Arrived dented and the zipper was ripped off the bottom of the case. Was really excited for this suitcase but now i have to hope to stays together for my trip

The wheels are sturdy easy to roll. Zipper & zipper fabric didnt last one trip & it was a carry on

Im really happy with this suitcase! This is my middle size suitcase and is perfect for keeping myself from overpacking. It looks great and like a high-end suitcase. It glides super nicely and is super light so it doesnt add extra weight to your total. I have taken this on three trips now and each time Ive left out the insert that comes with it. Its nice to have the option though. The exterior still looks great and seems like it going to stand up well to the rough handling that sometimes happens at the airport. If youre looking for a nice mid-size suitcase, this one checks all the boxes.

This 25” spinner luggage hits all the marks for me. It is lightweight but very durable. The wheels have a rubbery textured surface and roll and spin flawlessly making it easy to maneuver it in the crowds and on different surfaces. The telescopic handle is sturdy and has three locking height positions. There are two comfortable carrying handles on two different sides for easy grabbing and lifting. The interior is spacious and expandable thanks to a zippered expansion gusset. There is a removable divider with a zippered pocket, tie-down straps, and two attached interior pockets with zippers. The large one is made of mesh and the small one is not see-through.

Overall design nice. I like new. But problem is too WEAK. SCRATCHES EASILY. Not durable

These bags are stylish, sleek, maneuverable, and perfect for traveling. I was impressed with how they looked and moved in the airport. Unfortunately, every single interior zipper broke after one trip. They are all misaligned and zip, but then pull open. Even with less clothing packed, the zippers pop open. It’s disappointing because the suitcase is only functional if the two halves of the suitcase have working separate compartments. So beware! Overall, still somewhat happy, but might have spent a little more on another brand of their interior compartments are sturdier.

Perfect size, travels well. Would be great if not for the nonfunctional zipper in the inside. It didnt work from the day i bought it. Working on a warranty claim now. UPDATE, file a claim as directed by the company. Received an email notification that they had 30 days to respond. Never heard another word. Its well after 30 days and i have reached out multiple times. 4/8/23 UPDATE: They finally contacted me and are replacing my suitcase under their warranty. New one arrives today. 4/10/23 UPDATE: New suitcase has a zipper that works perfectly. I even tested it by stuffing it with jackets and the zip worked as it should. I have returned to my 5 star rating.
