Other than that it’s a nice suitcase, but would not recommend if you don’t want to buy a new suitcase every 6 months. Will update review based on customer service experience.

Arrived dented and the zipper was ripped off the bottom of the case. Was really excited for this suitcase but now i have to hope to stays together for my trip

It does what its supposed to. Seems like good quality. Sturdy. Very smooth wheels, which I like.

This suitcase is well made and sturdy!

Loved the looks and initial use, but on my third trip with these, the external zipper busted and so did the internal. It was packed under the weight limit and closed fine, but the two-way zipper failed. One pull leaves it always open. The internal divider zipper did the same thing. I submitted a warranty claim but have not heard back yet.

I really like these so far, one vacay to Arizona from Indiana- so far so good & wonderful ease of rolling then!

This was a great bag, but unfortunately the interior zipper broke right after my first travel with it. There was no time for “normal wear and tear” to take place, and no hard tugging, etc. not sure if I received a dud or what

Great look, nice features

My husband and I purchased 2 sets of these (green and blue) and they look great. Aesthetically, 10/10. There were many other more cost effective options on the market that we could have purchased instead, but decided that based on reviews and design, we’d spend a bit more to have travel luggage that would last us a long time.
