I dont think anyone should be surprised that this is a good product. The price is equal to the quality for sure. I really enjoy the keyboards feel.

Great macbook! I was skeptical at first because I never buy expensive tech like products made by apple on amazon. But this was a great purchase and genuine product! Macbook runs very smoothly, charges quickly, and battery lasts forever

As usual, online shopping with Amazon is a pleasure, but it can be let down by product quality. Apple makes wonderful staff, but this time I got the lemon. I could hardly express my disappointment when the brand new laptop I just unboxed, doesnt want to start at all. Going for a refund.

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. My whole family are apple fanatics. I especially love the speed and execution of the MacBook Pro. Bought this for my daughter’s birthday and she’ll be taking it to college next year. This will greatly enhance her senior year of high school through all her college years. I know this product it’s great and will last.

I hate it!!! You have to spend hours to figure out how to use it. It is very hard to work with this MacBook . I am very disappointed with quality.

I received this product with display function issue. This is an Amazon warehouse product. There is no warranty on it. I would not buy a warehouse produce in the future. 5 years amazon prime member, first negative review. Thanks for Amazon

Got mine brand new and I love it. Only wish that there were USB ports, but I love the actual laptop. The Touch Bar is pretty cool too!
