After doing hours of research on different models I decided the 2019 Mac Book Pro 13.3 inch 1.4GHz was the unit for me. I found tons on Amazon and decided to go with the Amazon renewed model. I will admit I was a very skeptical of spending over $1000 on a computer that was repackaged. However to my surprise the computer is absolutely 100% flawless. Not a single dent, scratch, or nick. Although the condition stated there would be minor damage the only thing that showed signs of use was the box. Great experience I can now confidently purchase high end items from Amazon. Thanks!!

Dont wast your money. Ive only had it for one year and its running very slow and has Bluetooth connection problems (I have to restart my computer sometimes if I want to connect Bluetooth devices). Not good for gaming at all. I lag so bad in so many different games. I. know its not a gaming computer but its insanely bad and I expect more from a computer that I spent more than $3,000 on. I have also purchased a multi-adapter for it but I wish I it at least had a USB port be the adapter is very inconvenient. The mouse pad its the greatest as well and if you do buy a MacBook Pro, I would recommend getting a good mouse and keyboard (because most times if more then. 4 or 5 keys are being pressed then the 5/6 key wont respond). Also, dirt, dust, and other marks will show up very easily. I wouldnt recommend unless you own a business and need to keep files safe and organized.

Touch Bar isn’t too useful and rather have buttons. Overall very good portable machine, although I’m still not used to the 13 inch screen coming from a 13.3 air. Everything is working fine, did not purchase Apple care since I bought a case for accidents

DONT GET YOUR LAPTOPS OR COMPUTERS FROM AMAZON. This computer is nice, got it for a Christmas gift, but as soon as it was opened, it would not function correctly. Brought it to an apple store which could repair it but recommended that I have it replaced since it was BRAND NEW and showed as such in their system!!!! Now AMAZON WOULD NOT make any exception and exchanged it!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Love my Mac!

I loved this laptop, it starts fast, runs great and is perfect for school and photo editing. The actual space on it is a bit lackluster but there are ways to fix that easily. I say worth it.

after 13 months our macbook died can not start up. Bestbuy can not fix it and no local store can fix it. We have to send it back to apple and wait at lease 4 weeks. It cost $500 to $1000 after warranty ( they told us). We use it for business we can not wait. We have to purchase a new windows pc. And never use any apple product for our business again.
