This was supposed to be refurbished and quality checked. Clearly neither happened. The iPad wouldn’t hold a charge (within 30 seconds it would completely power off). If I kept it plugged in, it wouldn’t complete the set up process. Returned it.

My daughters old iPad died and was so upset so I decided to find a refurbished and I purchased excellent condition I spent less than what I would a brand new one when I received it I thought they made a mistake and sent me a brand new one no scratches and works beautifully and this one has more memory then her old iPad I spent allot of money on and let me tell you my daughter was so happy because she can have more apps downloaded at one time I highly recommend this company I am so pleased

I loved the product it works amazingly I use it for work and home.

First let me say, it was in good condition for a renewed item. It works properly but can get hung up at times when trying to close individual apps. The battery doesnt last as long as I was hoping for when using for an extended session, but overall a good device.

Very Great produce can’t wait to start working on it.
