Apple iPad Pro Tablet (128GB, Wi-Fi, 9.7in) Gray (Renewed)

I’m very disappointed in this “renewed” iPad.

Renewed does not equal refurbished! Item arrived extremely filthy. Didn’t inspire confidence with purchase for sure. Had just been reset and repackaged. Came with generic charger. It works but wording by seller is a bit misleading. Crossing my fingers it lasts.

The item arrived sooner than expected, so that was great, but that’s where the greatness ended. Item arrived in a padded FedEx envelope. Inside the envelope was a box with the charging cord (NOT Apple), the charging block (NOT Apple), and the iPad that was in a bubble wrap envelope…. NO FOAM or anything to protect the item. The block and cord weren’t even in their bags anymore cause there wasn’t anything to stop them from banging around in the box. The iPad was completely drained of power, like wouldn’t even turn on. I plugged it in and while connected, I looked at the back, which has MULTIPLE DENTS (not dings, DENTS) in it. I figured they could be overlooked as my daughter would have it in a case. Once it was charged enough to turn it on, I pushed the power button and while the screen was coming up, so did PURPLE/PINK marks on the right of the screen. These marks are not on the glass, they’re behind the glass… nothings gonna cover those! I bought this for my daughters 16th birthday, so imagine her excitement when it arrived, and then imagine her face when we started finding all the issues. This item is going back as fast as it arrived! Too bad you can’t give negative Stars

This is the 3rd iPad I ordered from this seller! All perfect. The last 2 came 4 days early! All iPads came are in perfect condition. I would definitely order from this seller again.

There only needs to be one button to adjust volume but there are two, side-by-side and really confusing and hard to feel, especially with the case on it. The off and on button is also unnecessaily confounding. It is also way more intrusive than was my iPad 4th gen, which I loved....RIP.

I love my ipad never had an apple before so I wasnt sure. But now Im thinking of getting a phone now

I bought this product for art purposes only and honestly I’ve been finding myself playing tons of games on it as well! The battery life is incredible and it’s just better than I expected! Definitely worth the money!
