Apple iPad Pro Tablet (128GB, Wi-Fi, 9.7in) Gray (Renewed)

This is my first IPad and I love it.

My daughters old iPad died and was so upset so I decided to find a refurbished and I purchased excellent condition I spent less than what I would a brand new one when I received it I thought they made a mistake and sent me a brand new one no scratches and works beautifully and this one has more memory then her old iPad I spent allot of money on and let me tell you my daughter was so happy because she can have more apps downloaded at one time I highly recommend this company I am so pleased

I was semi-worried reading some of the reviews after I purchased this product, but decided that I could simply return it if it didn’t meet my expectations. Wow! It exceeded every expectation I had for it!

Product arrived in good shape, screen was perfect with only very minor cosmetic blemishes on the back. The unit i received had approximately 150 battery cycles and approximately 91.5% battery life remaining. I was going to buy the new 2019 entry level; however, short of screen size and processor ability, this ipad has much better specs while being cheaper with more storage. After tinkering a bit I was even able to configure sidecar on it with the new Mac OS (not perfect) Great Buy!

It’s perfect for my day to day use

product will not turn on, says it needed to be charged. I have tried every apple charger and every outlet and it will not turn on. I have gotten very little supports and this device holds all my notes for collegiate finals. Very very upset, as I bought an apple pencil, case, and screen protector for this product. Over $500 down the drain!!

It was a very great product

This was supposed to be refurbished and quality checked. Clearly neither happened. The iPad wouldn’t hold a charge (within 30 seconds it would completely power off). If I kept it plugged in, it wouldn’t complete the set up process. Returned it.

Great product, and customer service was wonderful!

I loved that I could put my iPhone on the iPad and everything transferred immediately.
