The product condition was great and it’s working well

I was a little leery on buying a refurbished IPad but did want to pay the high price of a new one either. So I look the leap and bought one. I’ve had it 3-4 months and haven’t had a bit of trouble with it. Very pleased I will do it again when this needs to be replaced.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. We received the ipad and it worked for a month and all of a sudden the wifi and bluetooth stopped working. I emailed the company about exchanging the product or even just having them FIX the ipad. I kept receiving responses but all they kept asking me was info about the ipad (serial number, what the issue is, try shutting it down and back on, etc). Finally at one month, they said sorry, cant fix it which was conveniently right at the end of the exchange/refund window. Now Im stuck with a $300 ipad we only used for one month (to only watch movies on). I took it to a technician here and the wifi antennae is defective on it. Which is a HARDWARE issue, not a user issue.

I bought two of these for my children. The iPads themselves work fine with no issues so far. Very good condition for refurbished item. However on the first attempt to charge, neither of them would charge using the chargers included. I then used an official apple charger and they charged immediately with no problem. So the seller has included off brand chargers that are not accepted by the device. To buy a new 12w charger and cable is an extra $39 so assume that’s the added cost you would need to pay to have a usable order.

iPad was in perfect condition.

This renewed ipad does not connect to the internet via wifi no matter how many times you restart it. Amazon Tech support was of no help, as they were suggesting restarting my router while everything else in the house was connected to wifi and working properly. Unable to complete start up of this ipad since it would not hold the connection to wifi for more than 2 seconds before getting an error message stating unable to connect to _____ (wifi SSID). Returning this and buying a reliable new one. Save your money and buy a new one.

I bout this tablet in august of 2021 and. Was working nice nothing was wrong with it. But fast forward to now April 2022 it stopped working. It just went black while I was playing a game and never turned back on. Went to Apple store he said that something was stuck in there even though the port was clean he tried again and the error said the same thing. I have to buy a whole new one but I guess I got what I paid for. It’s good for short term not long term be careful.
