My daughter still has not used it because we need to go the Apple store for an apple ID issue. This is why Im team Android. This exact issue.

I wish I could give this product 0 stars. The charger was broken in half, there were scratches all over the back of the iPad on-top of that the iPad was only on for 10 minutes when it froze up for an hour. They also expected me to pay for shipping to return this item.. Beware of this seller!!!!

Haven’t use it yet, got it for my sons needs in high school I’ll be updating, but it was in a very nice shape brand new you could say.

The iPad has no dent, scratches or any damage. It works perfectly.

After a few weeks of enjoying the iPad, I had to return it because it was not holding the charge.
