This is a rip off merchandise

Tablet is great, charger does not work. I had to get another one. Packaging left a bit to be desired. Lucky it arrived undamaged. Need to add that after 9 months the tablet now fails to power up and seller is laughing all the way to the bank with my money. I have another one of these ipads that I bought new when they first came out, and it us still going strong. My advice is buy new, refurbished is junk.

I had to send it back, it was broken. The charger was loose and kept going off and on

The battery life on this renewed iPad was very short. I contacted the seller and they refunded my money with no issues. Excellent communication and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Poor connectivity

It took two tries to get a suitable unit. While the first one looked good and operated OK, the battery was a complete mess. It would be at 100% and then drop within minute to a much lower charge and be down to 20% or so within a half hour. Itd hover there for a bit and then shut down the iPad. Tried all of the Apple fixes to extend battery life and recalibrate. Nothing worked so asked for a replacement iPad. It took about 2 weeks for the replacement to get delivered but it works fine -- battery behaves as desired.
