Sucked. Screen would go black and would not turn back on for a period of time even when fully charged. Owner took three weeks to finally allow me to return it. Will not be ordering again.

So I ordered this for my daughter. Tested and the charging port did not work I called and the service was ok on the phone. I send it back the iPad arrived with the screen broken and they did not repaired or changed for another one they just send it back to me and a email that they can’t repaired because of the screen broken. The cane they send you is super cheap. I was trying to save some money and now I will spend more money on fixing it.

Arrived on time in like new condition. Setup was simple. Neither Charger nor Lightning Cable are Apple branded.. but they work just fine. No problem. Have had it for less than a week.

I’m returning the iPad, there is a problem with the screen display. I got an iPad with a black screen when I turn the iPad on, I need to restart the iPad many time to get the screen work.

Someone must have returned this because they didn’t like the size or something because you could never tell this was refurbished! It’s like brand new! It just didn’t come in an Apple box. Who needs more trash? Thank you so much!

Having this iPad has been helpful for school, but unfortunately, the battery life is shockingly short. I am able to use the iPad for about an hour starting fully charged before its dies. This is not very conducive as an engineering student who might lose notes this way… I’m honestly rather regretting this purchase. Does anyone know a way to extend the battery life or do I just give up on it? I bought the $50 protection plan… Does Amazon compensate for bad products?
