Screen does not work! I bought this for my 13year old for Christmas & the screen went black in an hour & will not power off or work again. I am beyond upset because of the price tag. Currently waiting to hear what they’re doing about it

The screen and body were immaculate. The charging cable was the apple OEM one, but the charging brick was a generic one from Shark, which does the job fine. I used iMazing to check the battery health and it was 100% with 0 charge cycles! I also decided to check the warranty status out of curiosity and to my surprise discovered it had around 6 months of AppleCare remaining!

I was watching YouTube when the screen went black and I couldn’t see nothing but it’s still on , I don’t get it anyways I had barely got 5 hrs ago

This refurbished iPad Air 3 far exceeded my expectations! This tablet looks new. I have found absolutely no blemishes on the tablet. It is beautiful. It is functioning perfectly at least right now. It came with an iPad charger. The tablet was clean and ready to except my Apple info. I just love it! If you purchase a used iPad from this seller, you will not be disappointed. I’m so glad I bought used instead of new.

Came in mail today and I was very impressed. Not a single scratch and looks brand new. Only complaint is no factory charger.
