This product came in as described. Bought it for my daughter in nursing school and she loves it!

I was upset that I did not get a full refund. No one was communicating with me. I did eventually get a full refund after unattaching the iPad to my apple account. I did buy another from them before I sent the broke one back and it is working fine.

I paid for the excellent condition and this was the result, you judge by yourself!!!! unfortunately there isnt ZERO star.

After a week it stop charging so I requested a replacement was told they dont have any instock even this they still have the post up to order. Soni got a refund
