AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Pretty sure theyre B-stock units as a open box showed up with the tag crossed out an a ryzen 7-3700x instead of the listed unit

Habe mich zwischen i9 12900k und Ryzen 9 5900x für letztere CPU entschieden, da sie nicht nur im Vergleich etwas günstiger ist, sondern ich auch nicht die neuesten anderen Komponenten kaufen muss. Wer noch mehr Power will, muss halt auch das Geld dafür ausgeben, aber für alle gängigen Spiele etc. ist diese CPU mehr als ausreichend.

The CPU came intact and fully functional however I have to note the box came damaged like many other people who have reviewed their product. Not sure where the box gets damaged but for a $700 CPU the box shouldnt have a fingerprint on it.

Overall great CPU. 5950x was significantly more expensive and 5800x3d didnt have enough cores. Powerhouse for productivity and great for gaming. As with other AM4 CPUs, cooling it will be easy. Undervolt it or put into eco-mode if your case is airflow compromised and you will get better thermals. 5900x has great 1440p/4k gaming performance, excels at single-threaded tasks, and is exceptional at multi-core workloads. However, if you are going to predominately use it for gaming, consider the 5800x3d as youll benefit from its higher L3 cache. Now, the sale prices on these make the 5900x an excellent bargain if you dont need to go with AM5.

Una bestia parda, 12 procesadores con 24 hilos afinándolo un poco se pueden bajar las temperaturas haciendo undervolting, hay mucha información en youtube para hacerlo, por lo demas imaginaos lo que puede hacer sin despeinarse esta bestia, muy contento con la compra

Paired with Auros Xtreme from Gigabyte works great, very fast no issues.

Ancien possesseur dun 3900x, je me suis tourné vers ce processeur pour ses performances nettement supérieurs en single-core; et autant dire que je ne suis pas déçu !

a pesar de ya haber salido la seria 7000, la serie 5000 tiene aguante, sobre todo por costos, y si quieres jugar un 5800x 3D va de lujo, si lo quieres para trabajo, este 5900x lo saca sin problemas

Upgraded from a Ryzen 7 3700x to this Ryzen 9 5900x. Significant improvement (as you would expect). The 5900x is much faster in all tasks and runs cooler than the 3700x. Another great thing is that, if you do not want to upgrade to AM5 (yet), it is a drop in replacement as long as you update your BIOS to the latest version. Recommended if you want to get some more life out of your AM4 socket. Not the latest greatest but still a very, very capable CPU

I would recommend this cpu if your looking to do alot of multitasking. Its also a beast for gaming also.
