AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Its just great, paired it with my 6700xt (I know its an overkill) and it runs almost every game perfectly. I thought temps would be problem this cpu, but its manageable with good cooling.

Comprato per uso gaming, che dire, ormai i processori AMD sono una vera garanzia, prestazioni eccellenti ma scalda come una stufa, serve un dissipatore davvero ottimo per tenerlo fresco, non cè in confezione il dissipatore standard che fornisce di solito il produttore..

I gave this 4 stars because of the problems I had in my build. I didnt realize that the CPU didnt have an internal GPU (My ignorance) so when I installed it on my build, I didnt have any visual way to check the error logs. It didnt help that my AsRock B550 Taichi MB BIOS wouldnt read the CPU, so solving the BIOS problem took me 3 days. Better documentation would have been a major help.

Went from a i7-8700k to this. First AMD CPU since Athlon X2 but I definitely do not regret the move. It does get quite hot, using a bequiet! DRP4 to cool it and it can still spike all the way up to 82°C but that’s under an unrealistic synthetic load. At an ambient temp of 21-22°C, it idles at 32-36°C and, in normal gaming, it stays in the 54-70°C range, depending on the game.

ho assemblato un pc 1 mese fa con un i9 10900k, non mi soddisfava e lho sostituito con questo 5800x, una bomba a mano, non ha senso è ottimo consigliatissssimo!!!
