Works out of the box. You may want to get 4 x 8GB RAM sticks instead of 2 x 16GB RAM as it is reported to be 10% faster (4x8GB)

Marginally better than the 3700x but when its on sale its a no brainer, recommend!

The two games advertised as part of the bundle purchased for this AMD card were never provided and Amazon has been of no help resolving.

Fast and terrific for multitasking!

The CPU is great for any gaming rig. The only thing I would suggest to the buyer is that you ensure your motherboard is compatible with this CPU. Despite the motherboard manufacturer stating on their website that it was compatible, I had to result to going through a book of steps to get my MSI X470 Gaming Pro motherboards BIOS updated just to recognize the CPU and have a display on my screen to configure the BIOS.

I dont game. I have no need for a GPU. I will not buy one just to use your CPU. Returned along with motherboard for i9 with integrated graphics so I can work.
