Bought a WD external separately and this case not only fits perfect but is much more durable than the standard cases that come with these externals. I keep this in my backpack with a lot of other books and I have no worry that this case will protect my external.

Protective casing and has a nice compartment for cables. Looks neat.

Bought this for my Seagate Expansion 2TB USB 3.0 Portable (STBX2000401), it seems study and works just fine, though due to the concave design of the Seagate external, it has to be put in upsidedown, which is perfectly fine.

Take it when you go out to work or travel. The compact size does not take up space.
