> 3 day*UPDATE* Dell customer support just told me this computer was already over 200 days old when I bought it nov 12. I wake up every single morning to this PC blue screened. The only things ive installed on it is discord, chrome and world of warcraft. Ive done all the windows updates. Ive updated drivers. Bios wont update. Tried to contact dell but it would hang up on me everytime I put in my PC number. Finally called and just said operator twice to talk to a human. A nice lady in India read me a script of trouble shooting tips that I could have googled so I hung up. Oh and the liquid cooling system has a tick tick, pause, tick tick, pause, tick tick, pause sound coming from it.. Dont buy alienware no matter what kind of deal you can get on it.

> 3 dayProduct mainly used for simulation gaming in particular MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe. The computer was easy to setup and it is super fast. Price was a little high but it was worth it. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayThis thing is fast, quiet, got the water cooled one, and is great to look at as well. I planned a full weekend day to set it up and convert from my old computer and it only took a couple of hours. It was ready to go out of the box with The latest software. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants one of top pre-builts on the market.

> 3 dayI bought this R14 box NOT because I wanted it for gaming, although it does that VERY well, but primarily because I needed it for post processing of large photo images. A system I built for myself sometime ago died an ugly death and I decided to buy a system rather than build one, especially since parts arent easy to get. Ive used Linux (OpenSuse) rather than MickySoft for years, and tried to install that replacing the Bloze 11 that was on the R14. OpenSuse didnt like the Ethernet card that is in the R14 so I installed Ubuntu with a bunch of add-ons. Ubuntu doesnt like to play with the Ethernet well either however, I was able to add my wireless modem. The R14 is not only very fast on the Net, but EXTREMELY quick in handling large photos, which I keep in the tiff format using The Gimp. My only complaint is that theres no way to control (read that change) the LEDS on/in the R14 as Dell didnt put that in firmware but software and there isnt a Linux app. to do that.

> 3 dayNot too much to say, other than that its a really good computer that does its job well. I got mine used like new for like $700 off I think, and it was straight out the box
