> 3 dayGot it and gamed on it all day and night. Then, after doing the Dell/Alienware updates it immediately started freezing. I read online that uninstalling & disabling all the Dell/Alienware utilities worked for others. That seems to have worked for me. The only other problem Ive had is crackly audio. I tried everything to. Nothing worked. Theres a headphone jack in the front panel of the PC. I switched to that one & that immediately fixed that crackling audio. So, this means I still have the crackling audio problem if I were to use the ports in the back. I even tried an external audio device.

> 3 dayProduct mainly used for simulation gaming in particular MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe. The computer was easy to setup and it is super fast. Price was a little high but it was worth it. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayI’ve only had this for a full week so may be a bit early for a review but so far so good. Very smooth, extremely quiet (I’m reviewing the liquid cooled) and has handled everything I’ve thrown at it without breaking a sweat. And she’s not bad to look at… my girlfriend was not too happy about having this in the living room but when she saw it and got to create a theme for the colors of the lights it’s now her favorite thing. Any suggestions on getting her to stop playing on it and go back to her laptop would be helpful though

09-11-2024Love this computer. i have the Ryzen 9 with RTX 3080. Liquid cooled. Runs smooth and fast. The outer box was a little beat up from being shipped all over but the tower was well protected. One of the fans came loose and disconnected and bounced around inside the case. I was worried it may have damaged something but after plugging it in an setting it up everything seems to be ok. Another fan came loose but not all the way. Check your components before plugging in to make sure everything is connected and seated.

> 3 dayI bought the computer on black Friday 2022. When I checked the tech insurance since the computer works very slow, I found it started since May 2022. So, I called Alien tech support, and the technician told me the owners name is Ryan Wang, definitely not me! And he did remote analysis on the computer and told me it works very slow and tried to upload the software. But FAILED! Then he asked to reset the computer to its factory setting, and I found someone put a lock key to the computer! It was very frustrating! I really need a refund! They cannot sell something pre-owned at such a high price!

> 3 dayChanged my mind this computer is complete trash. It’s the worst investment I made. I’m going to have to upgrade and buy all the parts myself and will end up costing me double. It runs just like a cheap $200 computer you can get at Walmart and I think that’s an insult to Walmart computers compared to how bad this runs

> 3 dayComputer runs and looks great. Purchased as my first desktop from Alienware, and have been a long time user of their laptops. This unit runs MW2 (2022) Squad and Ready or Not with zero issues. I personally upgraded the RAM but otherwise the system is setup very well. Other users have mentioned issues with crashing or general issues and I have not experienced any of these issues. I have been running the system for about 3 weeks now with zero issues.
