It was the Christmas gift for my son, an excellent gaming laptop, good graphics and performance. Very good price for its quality and benefits.

Of course, they dont publish this, nor does Amazon provide you with any information to let you know what is your status. So, not only will Amazon not replace/exchange this item, they still cant provide a refund until theyve had it in their shipping center for 2 weeks. Fast laptop with sturdy case. You are unlikely to find a better laptop at this price point. I am playing 4k games with it plug into a larger monitor. The battery is great for web browsing and productivity on the go. If you want to play a games,the battery will not last as long. The led keyboard is a nice touch.

Worked for about a month and would not turn on! I had to ship it to ACER to get it fix. What a pain!!!!

I got something that I can play games on for when I leave the house and hangout with friends. Very happy with this purchase as I got a pretty powerful machine for a really good price. Got the 4 year protection plan too to cover all bases! Awesome laptop!

Great for gaming and productivity, screen is fast, screen color is great, and cooling is great, easy upgrade storage and ram.

Great laptop

All come in perfect conditions to Israel. The laptop looks really nice and premium. The performance is very good. The only thing, which is normal, is the noise of the fans, even when I am surfing (sometimes). But if you are looking a good machine to do whatever, this is your laptop.

So worth the money. I don’t know why I waited so long to upgrade. I’m an online gamer and I stream my gameplay daily. This laptop is incredible. Truly superior to anything on the market for laptops right now.

Did not work when i contacted them they were rude and hung up on ne after telling me it was not there problem i swear it was the worst customer service i have ever had will not buy acer again thank god amazon customer service is good and they helped me bust acer is trash they are bad for you as a customer save yourself the headache and buy something else
