Runs a bit hot under heavy load, but not a huge deal if you increase the fan speed using the Predator Sense app.

Having issues with this laptop that I am trying to address. I wrote a full review, but then misclicked and lost what I had typed, so for now, I will just say this: The screen is wonderful. The battery life not so much. Issues while gaming that wreck the experience, though while working games look great on this laptop. Having drive reading issues and issues causing games to freeze and force you to power off the laptop.

Ive only had it for a few days, but so far I love it. I can actually play Dead by Daylight without any lag. I just installed an HDD and for some reason it didnt come with the screws to mount the caddy to the HDD, so I do have to order those (which is mildly annoying). Ill update this review as I use the laptop more and download the rest of my games.

Overall, great laptop. Start with the bad then Ill go to the good, cause there is very little bad so lets get it out of the way. The screen is flimsy, it has a flimsy plastic case, and with a HUGE 1 inch bezel all the way around they could have sprung for stiffer plastic, so be careful, do not set anything on top of it, any pressure could be disastrous. As many reviews will tell you, this thing gets HOT when overclocking even with fans set to max, I will be investing in a very nice cooling pad for it and update once I see how that helps. Lastly the touch pad, the thing is very poorly made. Its not the least responsive, but the buttons underneath it for clicking are trash, they dont work all the time, and they creak and groan every time you touch the touchpad on the ride side, hoping it doesnt break and is simply annoying. Now for the good. This thing looks downright sick, on top of aesthetics the screen quality is great. Its a great size for 1080p, and with 144hz refresh rate it can run games like Overwatch and the Borderlands series on medium settings with 144 frame rate which is way more important to me than graphics quality, (when overclocked and fans all the way up) with minimal issues. I also run galactic civilizaton 3 on high settings, with large galaxies and fast pacing which is strenuous on a computer as well and this thing handles it phenomenally. The keyboard actually is very nice to type on, feels comfortable when writing essays. The spare storage bay was easy to use, I put a firefox 2tb sshd in it and it works great. Overall it is a great laptop and I have recommended it to several friends and two bought it and love it as well. I do wish that the touch pad was better and the screen was sturdier, but youll probably not find a better laptop for the price or even a couple hundred dollars more.

Terrible at running a simple game on all low graphics

It plays everything I throw at it well enough, and the the display is great... At least, it would be if mine didnt arrive with a stuck pixel out of the box that Ive been unable to fix. Dont know if its just my luck or if its something to be worried about for other buyers, but for how much I spent, it is a real letdown.

It was a hot mess. It came in very good condition the only downside was, it literally over cooked the cpu. I under volted it .125 and kept air on it but after long sessions it became so hot your could fry eggs on it. Im surprised the keyboard didnt melt.

great computer, lots of ram high def screen great graphics card...just one problem with it, all that power eats the poor battery alive, for a high end games that thing will die within an hour and a half, i recommenced the laptop but definitely invest in an external battery to go with it
