Greater than one weekAfter 3 months the U key on the keyboard began failing. There is an obvious stickiness to it, although nothing was ever spilled or dropped on it. Having called customer service 4 times (in the Dominican Republic) and speaking with supervisors, I was told the only way to fix it is to send it in for 2 weeks at least. This is my business laptop and ACER said they would not pay to get it serviced locally. I will never buy an ACER again because of the poor quality. and customer service.

Greater than one weekIm a video editor by trade and in October of 2019 my Mac Pro crapped out on me. Keyboard just stopped working. But my AppleCare had expired about a month before and so it was going to cost me $200 for Apple to fix it. Instead, I took a risk and sold my Mac and replaced it with this. And let me say that for something half the cost of what I paid for my Mac Pro, this thing probably handles my work better!

> 3 dayAll is good, just dont believe what predator sense says, about cpu, gpu utilization and temperatures. Also its a fingerprint monster, you probably wont see more than 4 hours away from a wall which Im fine with. Otherwise its a perfect gaming laptop

> 3 dayHave had laptop for 3 days. Laptop has crashed with critical errors and is restarted. Upon restart, screen says No Bootable Device. Acer recommended to enter BIOS and reset the system settings to default. After doing so, laptop crashes with same problems while I was on hold with Acer.
