Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop PC, 15.6 FHD IPS w/ 144Hz Refresh, Intel i7-8750H, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB DDR4, 256GB NVMe SSD, Aeroblade Metal Fans PH315-51-78NP

Were having problems with the equipment. My son called the manufacturer and they keep giving him instructions in order to fix the computer software problems, but it didnt work. They just told him to call the customer service line for latin people. This a gaming computer and the computer keep having problems. I want a new equipment because I paid $1,336.89 for this merchandise.

This laptop is a good deal for what you get. Its got a really gorgeous display and I havent experienced any lag while gaming. Its easy to set up and reliable once it gets going. Itd be pretty much perfect, especially for its price, except for a couple flaws. The fan is loud (which isnt a big deal since I always wear phones while gaming), and the machine runs hot. If the fan is that loud youd expect that it would keep the laptop from burning your lap, but Ive learned to always have a towel or some cloth between the machine and my lap. Also, I wish the battery life were longer. It lasted about 3 hours for me. I guess its inevitable to run down batteries fast when youre gaming. But these are both fairly minor quibbles. This is overall quite a good machine and a good deal.

Pros :

Great computer.. 16GB is more than enough to support anygame. There are a couple issues I am having with video playback. Im not sure if its the program I am using (steam) or what but when I try to enlarge a video the background display shows over the video.

Excellent laptop

I was highly skeptical of this laptop as it seemed like a too good to be true price for the features packed into it, but after 8 weeks or so of tweaking and testing Ive managed to figure it out well. Heres my summary:

Llevo 2 meses utilizándola y de la nada comenzó a apagarse sola sin mostrar error alguno, por lo que parece tener problemas con el diseño de su fuente de poder o algo relacionado. Nada recomendable.

I love my laptop, my only complaint is the overheating problem. It can be fixed though

Great for gaming - maybe not running on ultra settings for some titles, but on high its more than enough. But heat management could be improved... after maybe an hr f gaming, I could feel that the upper-middle to upper middle/right portion of the keyboard gets pretty warm.. you can still touch and keep your fingers on, but the other gaming laptop I had that I returned for other reasons was not as warm..

This is a great laptop I was going to save for the Helios 500 but just got this one cuz its $1,000 less very awesome and great laptop I like it alot.
