> 3 dayDO NOT waste your money. I purchased this 5 months ago and I am currently in the process of having it shipped for repair under the warranty already. It died during gaming, nice job for a gaming laptop right? Acer support had me try battery resets before finally saying it needs repair. The shipping label took 3 days longer to be sent to me via email and I had to call support 3x. Also, the product must be packaged and shipped, with insurance on my dime, with no reimbursement or even FedEx credit from Acer. I inquired if this was available and was denied, all shipping costs and status is out of Acers hands. Trash company, save yourself the grief folks, dont buy acer.

04-11-2024Nice specs. I mean a Core 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8750H and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, for that price is just right. But of course it does feel cheap, it gets hot as hell and my laptop has de USB C loose.

> 3 dayRunning off battery was tops 2.5hrs that’s including limiting CPU to 5%, turning off usb and pcie and running off of the integrated gpu and cutting off the 1060. It cannot run sc2 at a full 120fps at ultra or even high. Gotta be on low. Not worth it.

Greater than one weekComputers are supposed to idle at at 40 C and less. This one idles at 70 C. Good specs but because of terrible heat management you can easily fry that hardware to uselessness without even trying.
