Greater than one weekThis is the worst laptop I have owned. Crashes (blue screen) all the time and the mouse pad is infuriating. Total garbage and you are better off spending $100 to $200 more for something better. Ill be giving my away to charity here soon before it goes to flight out my office window.

> 3 dayI dont understand how this laptop received the rating it did. Just after 6 months of ownership, the laptop is now blue screening for no apparent reason. My fiance runs just office applications and uses it strictly for work purposes. And to add to that, it also runs really slow. Running just a few tabs of chrome will put you over 70% RAM usage, so if you had plans to multi-task various applications this isnt a good choice.

> 3 dayI like the screen resolution of this laptop full hd 1080p. The wifi and the Intel cpu are fast. The computer is easy to upgrade the memory. I did not like the keyboard and the trackpad. I had issues with the keyboard lights not turning on and the touchpad became unresponsive a few times. I choose to return the laptop to Amazon because of the issue with the keyboard and the touchpad. I received full refund from Amazon.com. Thank you.

Greater than one weekThis computer is perfect for basic needs, this wouldve been 5 stars, but mines came with a dead pixel so it gets pretty annoying, overall good product

> 3 dayIt started having mouse/touchpad issues around month 7. Then the screen started to detach from the keyboard. SO cheap. So sad. My husband just tried to close the screen and a piece broke off and hit him in the eye.
