> 3 dayPurchased this computer and thought Wow this is fantastic. Fast and crystal clear colorful screen. After spending time removing all the bloatwear, all of a sudden there was a grinding chopping noise. I thought that maybe I accidentally hit a button for a video to play on the internet. All programs were closed. I called Acer and held the phone up to the laptop so the tech could hear the sound. We laughed it sounded like a monster was eating a tree. I only had the computer two days. Acer said it was a hardware problem and to return the computer. Although I sent it back I’m considering ordering it again. Things happen and the customer service was great.

> 3 dayPurchased laptop in December 2019. Use the laptop a few times each week, nothing extravagant. Found laptop unresponsive on bed. Charging but no power. Turns out the processor burnt out with minimal use. All Attempts made to reach ACER customer support unsuccessful. Website 404 and listed number does not work. Would not recommend. Nonsense.

> 3 dayI purchased this as a replacement because my beloved Mac’s screen was shattered. Although some reviews said it was comparable- I disagree. The screen quality is great and overall works well- however it’s a bit heavier, is not as fast, and I just miss my Mac.

Greater than one weekIve been using the predecessor to this model, the Acer Aspire E5-575-33BM, for well over a year now and it has served me well. The 1 TB HDD that it came with was terrible, but after an easy upgrade that laptop has been quick and reliable.

Greater than one weekThis is the worst laptop I have owned. Crashes (blue screen) all the time and the mouse pad is infuriating. Total garbage and you are better off spending $100 to $200 more for something better. Ill be giving my away to charity here soon before it goes to flight out my office window.

> 3 dayI purchased an Acer laptop 1.5 years ago and have been extremely happy with it. So, when i needed to get a laptop for a family member, getting another one was a no-brainer. Well, i just got this new one and fired it up. VERY NICE. Though the first one i bought is an i5 chip and this one is an i3, i cant tell any difference in performance. Moreover, this new one has a much nicer screen. Its lovely. Since it is going to a college student who also lovers her netflix and youtube, its going to make her very happy. For the money this machine is fantastic. Great performance, beautiful screen, and lightweight. Havent run the battery down yet, so cant say about how long it will last on a full charge, but based on my experience with my first Acer, i dont anticipate being let down on that score.

Greater than one weekIve only had this laptop for a month and generally use my desktop as I work from home. I bought this to take with me on trips (going to South America next week) because it is so lightweight. So far it is working great. I will update this post next month when I return from my trip and see how it performed.

> 3 dayIf I’d known that there wasn’t a caps lock key light indicator, I’d never would’ve bought the laptop, especially for the money paid, there should’ve been one.
