I purchased these to help keep my mouth closed while sleeping and they do work, however I have to keep my beard trimmed. The more my beard is trimmed the more effective the tape is. If a beard is not a factor, can’t recommend these enough.

These tape helps me to keep my mouth closed. Due to my many allergies, when my airwaves get inflamed, it is hard to breathe at night and I breathe through my mouth and I wake up with a dry mouth. This is the second time I buy them.

These are gentle on your skin overall (though I get chapped lips often so that can suck a little bit taking them off in the morning. I snore loudly and though these don’t always get rid of the snoring completely they make it easier for my wife to get some sleep.

Since ordering, I have been sleeping better at night.
