These tape helps me to keep my mouth closed. Due to my many allergies, when my airwaves get inflamed, it is hard to breathe at night and I breathe through my mouth and I wake up with a dry mouth. This is the second time I buy them.

These are gentle on your skin overall (though I get chapped lips often so that can suck a little bit taking them off in the morning. I snore loudly and though these don’t always get rid of the snoring completely they make it easier for my wife to get some sleep.

Great product and I have tried other brands in the past for tape that helps you sleep a better at night and this one actually stays on all night long, helps you not snore and get a deep sleep will be buying this again
