I ordered these to help keep my mouth closed and help prevent snoring. Inexpensive but effective.

Everything is right with this product! It came on time, was priced right, and worked perfectly. I sleep better, my wife sleeps better, and the neighbors slept better. My snoring is reduced by 92.6%. Plus, in the morning, my mouth doesnt taste like the 101st Airborne Division marched through my mouth.

Love this tape for night time breathing. I actually cut in in fourths and only need a little piece. It has helped train my mouth and brain to breath through my nose. A true fan!

These are gentle on your skin overall (though I get chapped lips often so that can suck a little bit taking them off in the morning. I snore loudly and though these don’t always get rid of the snoring completely they make it easier for my wife to get some sleep.

Ive used a lot of different types of mouth tape. I personally like this X shape, and I like that these come in a 120-pack. Will purchase again.

I purchased this product because my husband tends to sleep with his mouth open while using his CPAP which causes severe dry mouth. He used it for the first time last night and it made a difference by reducing dry mouth although he is still getting used to wearing the CPAP. It worked as expected.

Had a lot of trouble with other mouth tape just not sticking through the night, but this one finally did the trick! Would recommend.
