I wanted to go on vacation but also wanted to make sure my grandson’s crab had water while I was gone because the sponges seem to dry up too quickly and it worked perfectly.

Stopped using. It didnt work as expected. Easier just to keep small water dish

Serves the purpose well but the plastic is made thinner now for the sake of retail greed.

So much better. My dragons were climbing in the water or it would get murky and gross. It was so hard to clean. These are small, convenient and clean

This item came broken and only then did I discover that you can not return item. Do Not Buy. frustrated that I can not return something that had the plastic cracked. Never thought of checking return policy. Discription was accurate but with a crack and the seller does not allow returns. So Im out the money.

I actually like this waterer because water is always evaporating very quickly in my lizards heated habitat. This keeps me from having to refill all the time (pretty much everyday). It has a nice grate that keeps bugs from swimming inside, although we had a genius cricket that once outsmarted it (we still havent figure out how). For its intended use, though, it is excellent. Would buy again!

Bought this for my bearded dragon but he refused to use it. My hedgehog ended up with it and its working out great not having to refill his water dish constantly.
