27-10-2024Bought for a crested gecko. She uses it every day. Very helpful to have this especially if you have to leave your gecko for a few days.

Next IT
> 3 dayWorks just as expected. Just fill it up, then screw it on. Pretty straight forward. The only problem is that sometimes my iguanas poop in the water so I have to clean it out and refill it (which is probably better for them anyways!)

> 3 dayThe plastic is very smooth and shiny, even on the outside rock texture. My cockroaches (B. lateralis and dubias) cant climb smooth surfaces so they have a hard time getting out. I fixed the problem with some sandpaper, but it would have been better if the material provided a little traction so prey items could escape. It does have a teensy little staircase, but roaches and crickets arent known for high IQs. Lots of drowning occurred.

> 3 dayThe point iof an autowaterer is so you can leave them a couple days and they still have water available. This one allows lots of bacteria into it and only goes a day (max two) before it starts to smell and I have to wash it out with white vinegar, soap and water. I no longer use this for my pets.
