I have a four year old Guinea Pig that I rescued. Shes not used to material of any kind - she has only ever lived in wood shavings. She hasnt explored this much, but product is super soft, bigger than I expected, and is as described.

This is perfect for our timid guinea pigs. We got them as babies 6 weeks ago and they havent really warmed up to us yet. This has solved the problem of trying to get them out of the cage for lap time and cleaning. They run right in and cuddle up, and then step out when lowered back into the cage. I just bought a second one. Its much larger than I was expecting and is very soft. Highly recommend!

Based on the picture I took, this is WAY TOO big for any cage. I bought this hideout for my guinea pig and well you can obviously tell its too big by the size I thought from the picture and review it would be a little deep not width. Dont waste your time or money on this product.

Guinea pigs love anything they can hide in, especially its soft and comfy. My girls, who have plenty of comfy hides in their cage, like this one when they really want to hide out of sight. Theyll burrow way in the back of it so deep that I cant see them unless I peek right into it. It washes fine. I put it in a mesh bag to keep hay and other piggy things out of the washer and dryer, but I never get the feeling that inside gets washed well. It doesnt smell, though after drying so I guess its OK.

This bag is great for carrying around our two Guinea pigs without worrying about dropping them when they wiggle around. We threw it on the washer and it did just fine. Overall a good buy.
