It’s definitely soft but I found the material catches on my guinea pig’s nails, and when they pee it goes straight through to whatever is underneath it. I would not buy this product again, I’m gonna have to look for something with a safer material and a better base for them.

All of my pigs love it but especially my hairless guinea pig. It keeps her nice and warm in the winter time. My biggest pig doesn’t fit in it but she loves to lay on top of it or use it as a pillow. The holder makes it easy to carry your pet around with you. Very easy to wash, I just put it in the washer with free and clear detergent and vinegar.

This is a great hideout for my skinny pig. She loves it. However, I’ve only washed it twice on a delicate cycle and the threading is already coming out and it looks like I’ve washed it 50 times. Won’t buy again for the price, but don’t regret purchasing once.

Not sure if this was intended to be machine washable but I have washed and dried it a few times now ! I did pull the logo tag off prior, but I imagine that it may have come off in the washing process! I’ve noticed it has actually gotten fluffier and softer with the washes so I almost recommend it!

I am very satisfied with this soft and cuddly addition to our guinea pig room! Its perfect for scooping up a piggie for snack time. Soft, easy to clean.

This would work for my cat to sleep in, way too big for a guinea pig, but very soft & nicely made
