> 24 hourI did not have high hopes since I am expecting a device to communicate through block walls AND metal shed walls....BUT it is actually picking up a good signal! I am super impressed so far and I will continue to monitor and tinker with it this weekend. This device may have found a new home! Now I wish YoLink would make security cameras! You listening YoLink? Give us cameras! edited to add: This wifi hygrometer is amazing. It only lost signal one time, and thats when some guys installing a new fence for me cut my cable on accident. I was immediately alerted that connection was lost. I left work and pulled up to my house and asked why they cut the cable...they were baffled how I knew. lol I also sent an in app message to the developers and surprisingly received an email back within 12 hours.

> 24 hourI have over 20 YoLink devices and have been using them for years. They extremely reliable and very reasonably priced. The set up is very easy and their customer service is available and outstanding. Bottom Line: GREAT PRODUCTS AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

> 24 hourI purchased three of the YoLink Humidistats to run 4 brand new humidifiers. I bought them to start this frigid, dry air, winter. Thats One YoLink Humidistat on Two Humidifiers in the Great Room (Living Rm, Dining Rm.) and they run better than I could have ever expected using the YoLink Humidity Meters. Im also running One YoLink Humidistat in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom, each Running one humidifier in each room. This takes total care of the first floor of my home. Its so comfortable now, I cant say enough. They start when humidity gets below 45% and shut off when humidity gets above 50%, restart at 45% and again stop at 50%, thats 24x7. Start and Stop humidity levels are up to you. So Good I bought and am waiting enough to do second floor. YoLink has been so easy to set up. All their devices are about two steps to get you on the YoLink app. Once you see them on the app, you may need a few tips with support because they do so much. Give them a call like I did on my first humidistat and Ive set up the rest by myself.

> 24 hourHad an issue with my outdoor fridge and wanted to monitor it. I can see the drastic swings in the freezer temp and humidity due to rising temps here in south Texas. Show just how hard your compressor is working in a hot garage. Also will save you a ton of money in ruined food.

> 24 hourI already have a hub and 3 sensors. Adding 2 more was as easy as scanning the QR and pressing the button. I added one to my shop and the other to my greenhouse. Setting the temperature alarms was just as easy! I tried other temperature sensors and they just didnt have the transmission range. Battery life is fantastic! If you need to monitor temperatures, Yolink is the way to go!

> 24 hourMy kids keep leaving the fridge open. Not everyday, but every few months. I am very happy with YoLink’s flood/water and temperature sensors, which have been super reliable and also trigger Alexa routines I can set up. I ordered these last morning. They arrived in the evening. I literally had to open the box and scan the barcode at the back with the YoLink app and I was all set. I stuck one in my basement freezer and one in the basement fridge. It took several hours for the temperature reading to equalize to the actual temperature - there’s a bit of inertia to the temperature detection. Once it stabilized, it matched the reading on my infrared thermometer and my digital probe that I use for grilling. Likes: Easy to set up, very good range. Stores historical readings in the device which are viewable on the app. Useful to see the peaks and dips in fridge temps or house temps. The YoLInk app lets you trigger alerts (from the app) when the temperature deviates from a specified range. It also sends you emails (lets say you are traveling - you could have a friend or neighbor get an email!) Dislikes: Alexa will not let you trigger a routine based on temperature alone. I had my flood sensors set up to announce to my Echos that I had a flood in a specific area of the house.

> 24 hourNice to be able to check it and get alerts in case power goes out so we don’t lose our frozen meat investment.

> 24 hourI have several of these units monitoring high and low temperatures. They work well, even when cold; they alert me when the freezer gets too warm. Alexa integration is lacking, however; you can’t trigger events in Alexa when the limits are exceeded. The in-app alerts work, but aren’t as flexible.

> 24 hourWorked easily out of the box (I already owned the hub). Like many, I am using in a cold environment, my refrigerator. So the notification from the device occurs when the temperature goes DOWN. But in these applications, I am obviously concerned if the temperature goes UP, indicating a malfunction or power outage in my frig. UPDATE: I subsequently figured out that one can custom specify a normal range of temps, and be notified when the temp falls outside the range. Now 5 stars.

> 24 hourI bought this unit because the price is right and it has great reviews. I just set it up and it was super easy and the readings seem to be pretty accurate. Im only downgrading one star because I also bought it because I wanted a nice large display. The picture in the listing make the unit look like its four or five inches across, but as you can see in the picture Im posting its pretty tiny. I know this is partially my fault because I guess I didnt pay close enough attention to the specifications, but I do believe the picture is deceiving.
