Greater than one weekI swapped out my smaller SSD for this huge 1TB M.2 NVMe drive and could not be happier. Not only does it work slightly faster, it also frees up two cables in the case (since every SATA drive needs both a power and a data cable). I have an MSI B450-A PRO (not PRO MAX) mobo and this is the exact right fit for the M.2 slot.

> 3 dayI needed to replace an older 128GB M.2 drive that I use as my boot. This seemed like a great option, as it offers a decent amount of storage for growth in a drive that is mostly used for an OS. After comparing a few different options, I settled on this. Installation was a breeze (other than the tiny screw to secure) and my motherboard immediately recognized it. What a great upgrade. My old M.2 drive was about 5 years old, and it still works well, just was too small. Cloned the drive to the 500GB WD Blue M.2 drive and wow, what a difference. Super fast, boots quicker, runs great.

> 3 dayThe new, faster model is called SN570. The many reviews on this page are for the older model SN550 which is pretty good, but the newer SN570 clearly has better performance. The new SN570 loads games and programs faster. It has less lag (latency) so it feels snappier and more responsive. Several tech websites have tested the new SN570 against the older model (and against other more expensive SSDs).
