> 3 dayWD is basically the king of storage these days. This is a great NvMe M.2 SSD that balances price, performance, and reliability. I have multiple WD drives of varying form factors, and Ive had zero issues with this one, their other M.2 offerings, or any of their traditional HDDs.

> 3 daySSD came is unsealed/open box with Amazon warehouse stickers. It works normally, but i was wondering if it was a customer return item (not new).

> 3 dayI had originally a Samsung 980 NVME drive in a thunderbolt enclosure but could never get it to work to its full potential. i guess due to driver issues and the special requirements from samsungs memory host boost system.

> 3 dayI swapped out my smaller SSD for this huge 1TB M.2 NVMe drive and could not be happier. Not only does it work slightly faster, it also frees up two cables in the case (since every SATA drive needs both a power and a data cable). I have an MSI B450-A PRO (not PRO MAX) mobo and this is the exact right fit for the M.2 slot.

> 3 dayI bought this used wanting to save some money for my build but upon installing it and getting everything running, it doesnt work properly. The computer recognizes the storage but wont save absolutely anything to it. I attempted everything sort of trouble shooting under the sun and it still wouldnt store anything. I ended up just buying a brand new ssd from a other brand and it worked as expected.

Greater than one weekI thought for sure a WD blue or black drive would be perfectly fine and trustworthy to have a dram cache. Not only is this drive dram cashless, but the 500gb model only has 1 single nand chip on it. I will be sure to not blindly trust a company based on past performances. Seems ever since they purchased SanDisk... Things have gone downhill somewhat. Drive tested well enough when mostly empty, but cant even imagine how poorly it would be once it fills up more. Makes this no different than a cheap name drive.

> 3 dayPretty fast and presumably very limited by the external enclosure. Picture shows the speed test inside the Inateck FE2026-DG on a M1 Mac Mini.
