> 3 dayIm using this 2TB NVMe in a Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF with Linux and ran the gnome-disks benchmark tests, showing it really provides the full 3.5 Gbps performance that is advertised. Its _fast!!_ Couldnt be happier.

Greater than one weekWas purchased new through amazon. Installed and was used as an internal drive. 1 month 1 day later does not show in BIOS. I believe this is a relatively rare occurrence hence the 3 stars. Will be RMA through Western Digital.

05-11-2024I ordered the 2TB version of the drive. The WD cardboard box says 2TB. The sticker on the device says 2TB. However the operating system detects 500GB and the model & serial no correspond with the 500GB version of this drive. Very annoying. Sent back and bought a different brand.

Greater than one weekI bought this to replace a 128gb OS drive in my laptop, It is a M2 which means you need to either have a caddy ( I dont have one) for it or clone the OS to another drive first. After 2 hours of frustrating work, I got it to work. I used it for 4 days with no issues. On day 5 I tried to boot the machine and it loaded the recovery screen with a device that is needed is not connected. I put the old drive back in and it booted with no problem. I ran system diagnostics and it passed all tests. I spent 2 hours trying to fix it, then returned it.

> 3 dayIm using it with an ACASIS SSD case and it consistently delivers very nice write and read speeds (>2300/>2700), up to the limit of the case. It gets a bit hot if intensively used but I suspect that one of the reasons is a too thin thermal pad (1 mm), which does not touch the chassis.
