Beautifully Imperfect!
> 3 dayI purchase this and just installed it inside an external USB enclosure. It was quick and easy to set up once I restarted my computer. Its performing very well and Im excited to put this gem to good use. I love a speedy SSD and this is one of the best rated SSDs out there. Im a techie, so I love finding products like this and putting them to great use. Definitely helps that it arrived in perfect condition as well. Thanks Amazon!

> 3 dayI never really got to try it out because I received a defective unit that almost killed my mobo. Took 14+ hours of painful troubleshooting to finally get the machine to turn on again. Of all the storage upgrades Ive done Ive never had that happen before.

> 3 dayFast, cheap and reliable. Whats not to like? 2TB makes this a lovely choice for stashing the games library on.

> 3 dayOur budget Lenovo (IdeaPad 3 15IIL05) came with a 256GB SSD. To make it more useful, I originally paired it with an external WD Black 500 GB hdd. That has its limitations, though, as its not very transportable. After the warranty expired, upgrading to the 1 TB internal SSD was simple. Lots of online videos on how to remove the back cover and locate the SSD. First I took the new SSD and put it into an SSD enclosure I also purchased on Amazon. Then I was able to format it with Windows from the existing SSD (hidden partition). Finally I removed the laptop cover, took the old SSD out and put the new SSD in. The old SSD went into the SSD external enclosure. It was easy to copy all the files from the external hdd to the new 1 TB drive, and Ive been up and running with no issues. No problems with portability, either (the 500GB hdd is semi-retired; I only pull it out on rare occassions). Great upgrade!

> 3 dayMost motherboards come with an m.2 mounting screw. However it is quite easy to misplaced said screw over time if you never used it in the first place. I’m aware there are two different size screws depending what brand motherboard you have, however how hard is it to include two screws with an m.2. I now have to order and wait for one little screw to even use my new ssd. A little disappointing.

> 3 dayEasy to install and loads everything lightning quick. I use this as a boot drive and some games. Vs a 860 evo this is much faster.
