What a disappointment! The PC wouldnt recognise it no matter what I did. Spent hours on the net investigating, again no luck. Got rid of it in the end.

If you have a motherboard that supports PCIe Gen 3x4 then this SSD is for you. I have this installed in my Lenovo Ideapad S340-15IWL 81N8 and it works great! I also had upgraded the RAM from 4GB to 8GB so my laptop now performs like a very high end PC. Also Im a bit disappointed that WD does not include a Screw to install it and its very difficult to find such a screw in home however I found one in my old laptop. Overall very good value for money and definitely recommended.

My computer boots instantly, and can load into a fortnite game in less than 5 seconds with this outstanding SSD. Great product.

I highly recommend this product, it does what it is supposed to do. I boot to windows in just a matter of seconds which is crazy! I have had no issues with this product, but if I do, I will update my review.

Bought this in 2020 to add the capacity to Pc as additional storage… only this failed two years later (2022). Comparing to my boot drive which still runs 840 EVO, this WD drive is complete trash. Never getting another Wester Digital product again
