I bought this drive for my new rig. It screams (my old WD raptors used to literally scream) silently.

Nothing to say other than brilliant, laptop had 2 Gen 4 slots one for OS only 500 GB and I got this for the other to store games and data on

I think this drive is so fast that when I started using it just a few weeks ago I was 41, and now Im 57 and my pubes turned grey.

My PS5 built in SSD filled up a while ago and so with a few Christmas games purchases on the horizon I decided to expand my PS5 storage. Sony specifies the dimensions of the M.2 and more importantly the speed the drives need to be to be compatible with the PS5, needing to reach speeds in excess of 5500MB/s. This drive claims 7000, although when installed the PS5 said I was getting 6700MB/s - close enough. Installation was a breeze, but remember you do need a heatsink which I purchased separately. All my games transferred without a hitch and the new drive is performing flawlessly. Recommended for those who need super fast storage - works great with the PS5 - and the 1TB seems to be a sweet spot for value for money.
