The USB cable does not work for 3.0 as advertised. The HD works fine with PC in the USB 2.0 port but I wanted to use the HD for my Xbox One. Unfortunately, without a cable that works for USB 3.0, I cannot.

This drive is a tiny bit faster than the internal. Video proof online. Works great, never had a issue. So quiet, piece of tape over the bright led light in my room at night.

Tons of space. Easy to install.

I got it for Christmas and its already messed up!

Good external HD. Almost plug and play from the box. Just be careful to not cut-off power during use or prematurely(especially PS4 rest mode).

I got the hard drive successfully but when i used it into my xbox one it is not able to be read, when i plugged it in it never gave me my storage or doesnt show anything that represents it in anyway and was wondering what i cam do for that?

Embarrassing admission—I don’t own a PlayStation 4, but I do need as much external HD storage as I can get. Therefore I requested the WD 2TB Gaming Drive Works with Playstation 4 Portable External Hard Drive. After all, in the final analysis a hard drive is a hard drive.
