I ordered a brand new external hard drive so why did box come with tape on it and the warranty seal already broken?

It works very good and easy. All you have to do is to plug it into the PS4 USB place. Then, use it as an external storage.

Given as a gift but my grandson said he loves it. Drive provides storage for over 50 games PS4 games.

Got it on Cyber Monday and definitely recommend it, durable and reliable.

Bought this for my Xbox One. Plugged it in and after a minute of formatting, it was ready to go. Tons of storage and games run/load faster than putting them on the systems internal storage. Highly recommend buying this if you are looking for extra speed and storage for your Xbox.

Works great with my xbox one. Seamless expands the storage capacity given that games are now installed rather than played off the disc. Love WD products.

This product did what I purchased it for. I am very pleased.

The PS4 has a USB port in the back as well as the front so you can hide the cable and the HDD. Just plug in the cable and follow the simple instruction to format the drive and it adds 3.68TB of additional space. I believe the manufacturers claims that it will hold over 100 games (depending upon their size). So far, I cant tell the difference from the internal drive.

It is perfect holds a lot of games and loads fast no problems so far
