My son set it up on his ps4 Christmas day and today it isnt even reading on the ps4. Ive tried everything i can think of and it still isnt even showing up.

While using this product for my PS4, the power went out and it erased the whole drive. All my games and saved data were gone. Total garbage. Luckily I had it backed up.

Works as described.

It just doesnt work. And guess i wont get my money back.

Works great... It is a standard external hard drive even though it says ps4, its just preformated for it but you can use it for anything, just simply reformat.
